When the item's Availability is in stock, It is stocked in our Melbourne Clayton South Warehouse. Your orders will be dispatched in 12 Business hours after payment received.  unless otherwise specified.

If the item is for pre-order, please check the product page description for the dispatch date.

You will receive you items in 3 to 5 business days after your order dispatched. Remote area may take few days extra.

Your order will be posted with Signature + transit insurance. If you want to authorize to leave the item at front door, simply leave us a message during check out. 

Please use a Residential or Commercial address for delivery. 

The Tracking information will be sent to your email address once the order dispatched.

This Limited Warranty covers all defects in material and workmanship of the Product arising or occurring as a result of your normal and ordinary use of the Product. In the event a defect covered by this Limited Warranty occurs, Segway will repair or replace your Product in accordance with the terms of this Limited Warranty. The applicable period for the Limited Warranty begins on the date of the original purchase of the Product from an authorized reseller, and applies to the Product in the following ways:

 Replacements and Repairs

The longer of: (i) the remainder of the original Limited Warranty for the Product; or (ii) 90 days from the consumer’s date of receipt of the replacement or repaired Product.
