When the item's Availability is in stock, It is stocked in our Melbourne Clayton South Warehouse. Your orders will be dispatched in 12 Business hours after payment received.  unless otherwise specified.

You will receive you items in 3 to 5 business days after your order dispatched. Remote area may take few days extra.

Your order will be posted with Signature + transit insurance. If you want to authorize to leave the item at front door, simply leave us a message during check out.

This Limited Warranty covers all defects in material and workmanship of the Product arising or occurring as a result of your normal and ordinary use of the Product. In the event a defect covered by this Limited Warranty occurs, Segway will repair or replace your Product in accordance with the terms of this Limited Warranty. The applicable period for the Limited Warranty begins from the later of either: (i) the original purchase date of the Product from an authorized reseller or Segway Distributor or Dealer; or (ii) the activation date of the Product through the Segway-Ninebot App, and applies to the Product in the following ways:
